Coach Colton
Coach Colton is a CrossFit Semifinals athlete, experienced personal trainer, and dedicated firefighter. With years of hands-on training, he understands what it takes to progress at every level. He’s, a wealth of knowledge and is skilled at adjusting workouts to fit each athlete. Members often comment on his ability to break down movements and become solid in skills they’ve struggled with for years. Coach Colton genuinely loves coaching and pushing our members to become the best versions of themselves.
Coach Drew
Coach Drew brings a wealth of knowledge to the floor with his CrossFit Level 2 certification and specialized training in scaling, movement analysis, and lesson planning, along with Burgener Strength Weightlifting. He’s always approachable, welcoming, and highly attentive to each athlete’s needs. Whether you’re new or experienced, Drew excels at adjusting workouts so you can train confidently and get the most out of every class.
Coach Erin
Coach Erin has been a CrossFit level 1 certified coach for 2 years, bringing a strong fitness background and a whole lot of heart to every class. Before CrossFit, she earned multiple certifications in personal training, powerlifting, and nutrition, and functional movement — she puts that knowledge to work every day helping members hit new milestones and unlock goals they didn't think were possible.
What fuels her most is the people. She genuinely loves the community, the conversations, and cheering members on through every step of their journey.
Outside the box, she's a wife, mom of two, and few fur babies — with a micro farm in the making! She also works as an international animal and regulatory compliance specialist, helping veterinarians move their clients pets safely across the globe.
Coach Kenny
Coach Kenny is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach that uses his 15+ years of experience in CrossFit to help our members succeed. Kenny is always willing to help, whether that means refining a movement, offering encouragement, or pushing you to reach your next goal. His experience, leadership, and approachable coaching style make him someone athletes trust and enjoy learning from.
Coach Alex
Coach Alex has been doing CrossFit for the past 10 years and fell in love with the challenge, community, and constant opportunity to grow. She enjoys competing in local competitions and continues to push herself as both an athlete and a coach. She also holds a nutrition coaching certification, and is our go-to nutrition coach.
Alex is passionate about helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and realize they’re capable of more than they think. One of her favorite parts of coaching is watching athletes surprise themselves and achieve milestones they never thought possible. Outside of CrossFit, Alex works part-time in her counseling practice and spends the rest of her time with her two young daughters. As a wife and mom, her family stays busy balancing work, fitness, and everyday life.
Coach Ryan
Coach Ryan is a CrossFit Level 2 coach with a strong knowledge base and a genuine passion for helping others improve. He creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years. Ryan is well versed in movement standards and scaling options, and he takes the time to help each athlete find what works best for their individual goals and abilities. He’s always ready to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure every person who walks through the door feels supported and challenged in the right way.
Coach PJ
Coach PJ holds a CrossFit L1 certification and has completed the Burgener Weightlifting Clinic, making her knowledge on Olympic lifts invaluable. A dedicated member of the gym for over 10 years, PJ has spent the last 2.5 years coaching and helping athletes grow. She is known for her fun, energetic presence and uses a motivating coaching style. PJ loves supporting our members.
Coach Mark
Coach Mark is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with a strong competitive background. He is a three-time Age Group Semifinalist, including this year, and competes at Level 9.
Mark keeps things straightforward when it comes to coaching, focusing on solid fundamentals, effort, and consistency. His experience as a high-level athlete gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to progress in the sport and apply it in everyday training.
