We’re the Davis family!

I (Connor) am a career firefighter and my wife (Kailey) is a registered nurse.  We have always loved fitness and owning a gym has been a dream of ours for many years. CrossFit has been a huge blessing to our family, and we’re excited that we get to bless other people with CrossFit too!

If you meet us, you’ll more than likely get to meet our kiddos too, because they’re always with us! We all love being at the gym and we love that we get to share it with you.
